MoRe can now grow microorganisms in paper and board according to the method SCAN-C 60:02, SCAN-P81:02, Pulp, paper and board. Microbiological test – Total amount of colonies – Method with dry rehydrable film.
When producing paper and board which will be in contact with food it is necessary to check the bacteria content of the end product. The method SCAN-C 60:02 P, SCAN-P81:02 does not give all the answers, for instance we do not know which bacteria are growing, but the method is standardised and works well also for checks at the mill.
